Meeting Learners Where They Are

I see knowledge as a shared and dynamic space. Every student or trainee enters that space with a different background, experience, and way of learning. Effective teaching begins by meeting learners where they are while keeping a clear destination in view: understanding, confidence, and intellectual independence.

My role is not simply to deliver information, but to create opportunities for students to question, practice, connect ideas, and ultimately take ownership of what they learn.

I am keenly passionate about helping emerging researchers learn how to ask good questions, design rigorous approaches, interpret evidence, navigate failure, communicate their findings, and gradually develop scientific independence .
